"Our conservative estimate is that Iraq today has a stockpile of between 100 and 500 tons of chemical weapons agent."
- Colin Powell, February 5, 2003

"One hundred tons, 500 tons or zero tons? Was it so many liters of anthrax, 10 times that amount or nothing?"
- Colin Powell, January 24, 2004

So casual, so nonchalant. You'd almost think he didn't care.
This is the same man who, about a year ago, sat in front of the United Nations with fancy satellite photos showing everyone precisely where all those tons of chemical weapons were to be found. And yesterday, he offhandedly suggests that there might have been nothing.

Tell that to the parents of one of those 512+ dead soldiers. Or one of those uncounted thousands of dead Iraqis.

Better yet, walk out of Washington in the dead of night, disgraced, forever. And take the rest of your team of worthless bastards with you.

Why don't I update this more?

Anyway, happy New Year. There's a new remix of mine online, via Thinner - the world's greatest netlabel. Grab it from the front page of my site. And while you're there, listen to the rest of Paul Keeley's stunning release.
