The Pentagon is trying to make sure that you don't see pictures like this. ![]() I'm trying to make sure you do. ![]() "President Jimmy Carter attended ceremonies for troops killed in Pakistan, Egypt and the failed hostage rescue mission in Iran." ![]() "President Ronald Reagan participated in many memorable ceremonies, including a service at Camp Lejeune in 1983 for 241 Marines killed in Beirut." ![]() "In 1998, Clinton went to Andrews to see the coffins of Americans killed in the terrorist bombing in Nairobi." ![]() "A White House spokesman said Bush has not attended any memorials or funerals for soldiers killed in action during his presidency as his predecessors had done..." Will you be voting for this again in November? If so, then don't pretend that these pictures bother you. Posted by Dennis DeSantis @ 05:29 PM EST Tuesday, April 13, 2004
I've gotta hand it to George W. Bush - he's shown a remarkable ability to stay on point, no matter how ridiculous that point has become. "America is on the side of Muslims who wish to live in peace," the president told us. He sure has a funny way of showing it. Posted by Dennis DeSantis @ 11:23 PM EST
Wasn't John Ashcroft cute just now in his 9/11 hearings, passing the buck 110% back to the Clinton Administration, then stuttering and stammering when every single person on the commission asked him what the DOJ had done better under his watch? Posted by Dennis DeSantis @ 05:49 PM EST Monday, April 12, 2004 I've finally updated the releases page to reflect my recent work with Thinner (remixes, compilations, the EP with Paul Keeley, etc.) Currently, however, the mp3 links to scene.org are broken. These should be fixed soon. Posted by Dennis DeSantis @ 06:53 PM EST My wife Alison has her own website. Col. Nathan Sassaman, in Iraq (New York Times, December 7, 2003)
